BDO Fashion Event

The FROW!
The FROW!

At the end of October I organised a fashion event for global accountancy firm BDO. Guests invited included BDO employees and also their external clients from companies such as Allen & Overy and DLA Piper.

After a talk on colour and body shape analysis the fashion show began, which showcased the key autumn winter 2012 trends for men and women. One thing I loved about the event is that instead of just using professional models we had some brave volunteers from BDO and an external client too! This gave the event such a fabulous atmosphere!

The evening was finished off with inidvidual hair, make-up and style consultations and everyone went home with an awesome goody bag!

Check out a selection of images of the event below............

It all kicked off with hair styling by the lovely Freya and Ky from Electric. Guys, you were awesome and I can't wait to work with you at the next event!

Make-up by the fabulous Annabel Hornsby - thanks for making the models look even more stunning Annabel!

And now onto the outfits.................

Hannah from Oxygen Models kicked off the show in a stunning outfit from French Connection - perfect to bring your work wear up to date. Collarless coat, peterpan collared dress and all in gorgeous berry tones - so many trends all in one!

The gorgeous Sarah, who bravely took to the catwalk infront of all her colleagues, wowed the audience in this striking bright red jersey dress from Boutique by Jaeger and fabulous knitted sleeve coat from Bastyan - WOW!

Bhavesh rocked the runway in a gorgeous shawl collared wool jacket, burgundy merino wool cardigan and pale blue shirt - all from Jigsaw for Men. Key accessory is the iPad case by Elvis & Kresse, made from de-commisioned fire hose. Great design, unique materials and environmentally friendly - what more could you ask for!

Laura looked stunning in this fabulous trouser suit and bird print blouse by Bastyan. Contrast leather panelling, cropped tapered trousers and beautiful silk blouse - a stunning combination!

Now onto the casual wear with my favourite outfit for the girls being the cute sequin owl jumper and red jeans - both French Connection.

Shailen strutted his stuff in front of his colleagues in a bold stripe jumper, check shirt and indigo slim fit jeans all from Jigsaw. The outfit was finished off with the fabulous messenger bag from Elvis & Kresse - made of reclaimed fire-hose, military grade canvas and parachute silk - it's a work of art!

With tabacco chino's, a colour block gilet and the essential monogram jumper, Bhavesh showed the boys how to do weekend casual cool, all by French Connection.

The evening wear kicked off with this totally gorgeous one shoulder dress by Three Floor. With this season's key peplum detail and dipped hem, this is one dress to seriously turn heads!

Velvet is a huge trend for this season and this classic velvet blazer from Jigsaw, modelled by Daniel from Oxygen Models, is a great piece to update your look for the party season ahead!

And finally the dress to end the show was the stunning one shoulder embellished maxi from Melika M - the perfect finale!

Thanks to everyone who made this night such a success - I had a lot of fun and cannot wait for my next event!
